Him Atithi: An Online Room Reservation App for Himachal Pradesh Government Guest Houses
Him-Atithi is a mobile application developed by National Informatics Centre that facilitates the online reservation of rooms at Himachal Bhawan/Sadan in New Delhi, Chandigarh, and Willy's Park Circuit House in Shimla. With this app, applicants can submit their booking requests, which will be approved or rejected by the General Administration Department of Himachal Pradesh.
The app offers several features, including the option to submit an online room reservation request after verifying the mobile number through SMS OTP. Applicants can view the submission and acceptance/repentance status of their application through SMS. They can also view the status of their submitted application after verifying their mobile number and application ID. The app lists the General Administration Department (GAD) notification and guest house GPS location. Additionally, applicants can generate a Non-Availability Certificate for Himachal Pradesh Government officials/officers on official duty if GAD accommodation is not available. Lastly, the app allows applicants to fill in their profile details, which will be automatically fetched at the time of making a new booking request.
